Fibershed Map

We envision a mapped out network of our - existing textile industry including fiber farmers, spinners, weavers and cut and sew facilities, which will make our local supply chain more accessible to our design community, as well as making local retailers selling locally made clothing and textiles accessible to consumers.

The mapping project will also identify gaps in the supply chains, such as in processing, that we can help to address through future projects, such as catalyzing social enterprises to fill those gaps while empowering rural and urban communities. This is an ongoing project that, with the help of volunteers, we are always adding too.
