Pennsylvania was built on textiles, and we’re bringing that economy back, together.
On December 5, the first-ever Philly Fiber Fest brings it all under one roof: 30+ regional vendors, fiber art, live demos, workshops, and more at the Village of Industry & Art on Broad Street.
Free, open to everyone, and presented by PA Fibershed — this is Pennsylvania reweaving itself, from soil to shop. There's a thread here for you.
THE WEAVING CIRCLE MARKETPLACE
30+ Pennsylvania makers, curated so that everything you pick up has roots here — yarn, textiles, clothing, art, and supplies from the farms and studios rebuilding our fiber economy. Every item has a story, and every dollar stays in the state. These are gifts that actually come from here.

THE SYCAMORE ART GALLERY
Fiber art is fine art, and this is the proof: a juried exhibition of Pennsylvania fiber artists in VIA's dedicated gallery, on view through the whole month of December. Come for the market, stay for the work — and take a piece of the comeback home.

THE SENSORY SPACE
A quiet sensory corner offers a soft landing whenever the day gets big. Touch, smell, listen and explore all that fiber has to offer.
THE SILENT AUCTION
Hear from industry experts through talks and discussions, and get hands-on in workshops designed for every level, from first-timers who’ve never touched a loom to lifelong makers picking up something new.
The first-ever Philly Fiber Fest would not be possible without the sponsors, partners, and volunteers who believe Pennsylvania's fiber economy is worth rebuilding. No one organization could weave this alone. We’re so grateful for the sponsors and partners who have made this possible.
